Official Rules — Atlas Machinery Rentals Concert Ticket Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Atlas Machinery Rentals, 97 N. Fabrication Dr. Pueblo West, CO 81007.

2. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on 8/24/2026 230pm, MST and ends on 8/26/2026 230pm, MST (Entry Period). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted. 

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Atlas Machinery Rentals, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Entry Period:

1. Follow Atlas Machinery Rentals on Facebook (optional, but recommended so you can see the winner announcement).

2. Comment on the official Giveaway post by telling us in the comments what makes the Pueblo area a great community to live in.

Only one entry per person. Multiple comments from the same account will count as a single entry.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: Four (4) tickets to PRCA Rodeo with Dylan Scott at Colorado State Fair on 8/29/26. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $214. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash equivalent, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about 8/26/26, using an online random name selector. The winner will be notified via direct message and comment reply within 1 day of selection and must respond within 2 days (offer to winner expires 8/28/26, 12pm MST) to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that time, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Liability Release

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Atlas Machinery Rentals, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Information provided as part of entry is provided to Atlas Machinery Rentals only, not to Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Meta.

12. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
